Do you  really  have bathroom duty? I dont know. Before you start a new job, you should always make sure you read your job description carefully. Dont be afraid to ask for a list of possible job duties. When youre asked to do something out-of-the-ordinary, go back and read the description of what you signed up for. If its not in there, chances are, you dont have to do it. 2. If its not in your job description, talk to a manager. It might be as simple as  miscommunication,  but theres also a chance that someone is taking advantage of you. Dont be afraid to take your job description to a manager. Part of being a good manager is ensuring your employees are happy in their roles on the team. If you feel as though youre being expected to do more than whats in your job description, dont be afraid to talk to a manager. Part of their job is to  manage  their employees. 3. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Intimidation is always a factor when it comes to  why  employees dont go to their bosses when theyre unhappy with whats being asked of them. Imagine an office where everyone does exactly as theyre told, no questions asked. Nothing ever changes. If youre in a position where youre unhappy with what someone has asked of you, dont be afraid to push back a little bit. Respectfully push back, obviously. But without you, things would stay the same;  stagnant.  You can be the change in this workplace. And for the people who come after you, things will never be the same. 6. Come to a conclusion that suits both of you. Maybe all you need is a little conversation in order to settle this dispute between you and your boss. Whether its deciding on a longer timeline for the project to get done, splitting up the work with one of your coworkers, or giving the task to someone who is more fit for the job altogether, communication is key in this situation. 7. Follow up with your boss and show your appreciation for the way things were handled. Dont walk away from a situation with your head held high because you got out of doing something ridiculous without saying thank you to the people who worked through the problem with you. This is normally a group of letters separated by an '=' sign and is described as a 'rule'.When a value is added to the mix, what goes in one side will be reflected on the other side, just like a standard algebraic formula. Within each function, there is also an 'independent variable' (input) and a 'dependent variable' (output).The biggest thing to consider, however, is the 'limit': the value that the dependent variable approaches as the independent variable approaches a given value.Derivatives And IntegralsOnce again, you will have heard of slopes being mentioned in Algebra lessons. A slope is used to describe the change in y divided by the change in x, i.e. the slope between two points on a graph. This calculation then serves to determine the average rate of change between y and x too.Derivatives take this slope and then work out the gradient of the slope at a point on a curving line, which is where limits come into play.An integral is a term used to describe a way of  finding an area. Integrals ca n be used to find the area of a circle, a square, or any other irregular shape.
